Mobile-only challenger bank Monzo has revealed some witty conversations between its banking customer support team and customers.

In an amusing blog post, the bank says its customer support team of around 17 people manage hundreds of queries on a daily basis in as “close to real-time as possible”. Some of these conversations struck a chord with Monzo, which has revealed its favourites.

These range from the friendly to a marriage proposal. Some are included below.

Monzo 1Monzo 2Monzo 3On a more serious note, Monzo says it customer support team are available 24 hours a day via the help button in the app. The bank says it has an “average response time of under five minutes”.
