Appointments: Experian names its head of collections

Experian has appointed Simon Waller as its head of collections for UK and Ireland.

As head of collections, Waller will be responsible for the sales, marketing and product development strategies for Experian's integrated debt management proposition.

Waller has over 20 years international senior management experience, having developed debt management products and consulting services for Fair Isaac and First Data International.

Charlotte Hogg, managing director for Experian UK and Ireland, commented: "Experian's comprehensive range of data, analytics and software provides clients with the tools they require to optimise their collections efforts. Simon's appointment will enable us to continue delivering insight that adds value where it counts, and ensure that we are doing so most effectively."
