Comerica Bank signs five-year CGI deal for trade and supply chain services

CGI Group has signed a five-year partnership with Dallas-based Comerica Bank to implement CGI's Proponix360 global trade platform software which should help the bank reduce costs and boost its customer service across its trade and supply chain offerings.

Comerica was looking for a replacement to its traditional legacy, trade-focused systems, while meeting its ongoing business and technology objectives in a changing market. CGI's Proponix360 is web-based customisable software as a service, which delivers a global platform that provides applications addressing traditional trade, open account, supply chain, and cash management functions.
