Atrium Network and Visual Trader, a technology company owned by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, are offering connectivity to the Spanish Exchange by connecting their respective networks.
To reduce access latency, the Atrium Network point of presence is installed within the new proximity site managed by VT, which is located at 79 microseconds from the exchange host and connected by 2 x 1GB fibre lines. Optionally, VT offers a sponsored access model for non-member firms which can choose any of the Spanish members as the receiving broker.
