IAG runs Microgen for client servicing

IAG, a Guernsey based specialist fund administrator, has implemented Microgen's online wealth management product Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 to try and improve client servicing and investor reporting. It is hoped that Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 will provide IAG's clients with secure online interrogation capabilities that allow for smarter and more streamlined delivery of investor holding information.

IAG provides administration services to fund managers and promoters. Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 is designed to enable the rapid delivery of a secure, online service, using security measures to ensure client protection. Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 should enable IAG to offer two tiered entry to fund information. Individuals will be able to log on to view their fund holdings using unique log in details. In addition, intermediaries will have access to their existing clients fund holdings, allowing them to address client queries promptly and more efficiently.
