ITRS Group, a provider of predictive, real-time Application Performance Monitoring technology has two new non-executive directors, both with backgrounds at JPMorgan.

Richard Berliand most recently ran the Prime Services businesses, and is currently a member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Börse, while Alain Gaudeau had a 20+ year career with JP Morgan where he was most recently the chief technology officer of Equity Derivatives, Equity Prop and Cross-IB assets.
