  • Front to Back trade lifecycle knowledge for the business flows (essential). Worked on any area of MIFID II (desirable). Any Asset Class specialization is good to have. Equity Derivatives or Foreign Exchange or Rates & Credits.
  • Work in the central programme and take lead in proactively gathering requirements across the different MIFID workstreams.
  • Works closely with MIFID workstreams leads and technology teams namely, Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, Developers, Design Authority groups, Architecture groups to arrive at a target state design.
  • Skilled in Front to Back system impact assessments and gap analysis producing front to back technology architecture diagrams, writing application specific ARSs, mobilize various IT teams that will be impacted by the program.
  •  Project management (20%) in terms of maintaining & tracking plans, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies Front to Back.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • How BRDs flow through FRDs and through to build test and release
  • Constituents of BRDs and FSDs
