Cognizant to acquire digital agency Mirabeau
Amsterdam-based digital marketing and customer experience agency Mirabeau and its 260 staff will join Cognizant’s digital business once the acquisition is completed.
Mirabeau works across multiple industries, including financial services and banking. In this sector, its customers include ING and MoneYou (ABN Amro’s digital banking subsidiary).
The agency was set up in 2001. It specialises in customer experience design, marketing, development and cloud services. It designs, builds and manages online platforms and “creates additional value by revolutionising the digital customer experience”. (Got your marketing jargon bingo card? Bingo!)
