Citi backs ChartIQ’s desktop integration technology
The deal adds to ChartIQ’s recent $17.4 million Series B round, led by Digital+ Partners.
By linking applications together, Finsemble enables users to continue to support older platforms while working with new web technologies, in-house applications and third-party systems.
Dan Schleifer, ChartIQ CEO and co-founder, says that the company is honoured by Citi’s investment and belief in ChartIQ’s “vision to unify the desktops of financial institutions”.
“This investment shows our confidence in ChartIQ as a leader in smart desktop technology,” says Kevin Foley, managing director, markets electronification at Citi. “Its solution, Finsemble, has the power to transform user experience and productivity by linking critical applications together in a seamless environment.”
The Finsemble platform is used by companies across the sell-side and buy-side and by technology vendors.
